The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 large, well-equipped bedrooms (2 with queen-size 160 cm beds), including a master suite on the ground floor, a bright, welcoming living room with terrace access and sun loungers, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, enjoy a true relaxation space: large pool, 4-person jacuzzi, pétanque court, ping-pong table, swing, punching bag, board games, and free access to the organic vegetable garden. The expansive garden and terrace are perfect for long summer evenings and unwinding in a tranquil setting. Ideally located to explore Brittany, the villa is only 15 minutes from Rennes and 10 minutes from the Rennes/Bruz Exhibition Center. In under an hour, discover the beaches of the Emerald Coast from Saint-Malo to Cancale, the charming medieval towns of Dinan, Vitré, and Fougères, the legendary Brocéliande Forest, or the famous Mont-Saint-Michel. Nearby: restaurants, supermarkets, hiking trails, forest walks, equestrian center, boat trips on the Vilaine, water sports, golf, and climbing. Parties and events are not allowed. Only guests listed in the contract are permitted. Washing machine available only for stays over 5 nights. Stays not permitted for children under 6 (pool). No pets. Cleaning fee available for an extra charge, or return the house in perfect condition (inside and outside).
